Alteo is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Team Leader for a permanent position based in Montreal.

Your primary role will be to lead and mentor system administration, AWS and DevOps Cloud infrastructure management, as well as internal technical support. Working with the development teams and reporting to the VP Software Engineering, you will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of Cloud environments via Infrastructure as Code, the deployment of Cloud applications and services, as well as infrastructure governance and cybersecurity. You will also supervise the support of network and application environments.

Responsibilities:

• Team management: supervise, support and develop a technical team dedicated to infrastructure and support.
• Cloud infrastructure administration (AWS): design, manage and optimize AWS infrastructures to ensure service performance, availability and security.
• DevOps tasks: automate deployment and continuous integration processes, manage development tools and support test environments.
• Internal support and system administration: oversee internal technical support operations and administration of Unix and Windows systems.
• Security and compliance: apply security best practices and ensure infrastructure compliance.
• Continuous improvement: ensure that the team's practices, tools and methodologies evolve to maximize infrastructure efficiency and reliability.

Profile:

• DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
• 7+ years relevant IT experience
• 5+ years experience in AWS Cloud infrastructure administration and DevOps
• 2+ years experience in team management and technical project coordination.
• Strong skills in deployment automation and CI/CD pipeline management.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• AWS infrastructure: EC2, ECS Fargate, RDS, S3, ...
  • Organizations, Control Tower, Config, Security Hub, Guard Duty, ...
  • GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira and Confluence cloud.
  • Windows, Linux and MacOS work environments available in-house.

Assets:

• Experience with automation scripts (Terraform, Ansible) and containerization tools.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, SOC2 compliance and related infrastructure and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and SSO.

Votre rôle principal sera de diriger et encadrer l’administration système, la gestion de l’infrastructure Cloud AWS et DevOps, ainsi que le support technique interne. Collaborant avec les équipes de développement et sous la direction du VP à l’ingénierie logicielle, vous serez responsable de la configuration et de la maintenance des environnements Cloud via l’Infrastructure as Code, du déploiement des applications et services Cloud, ainsi que de la gouvernance et cybersécurité des infrastructures. • Administration de l’infrastructure Cloud (AWS) : concevoir, gérer et optimiser les infrastructures AWS pour assurer la performance, la disponibilité et la sécurité des services.
• Tâches DevOps : automatiser les processus de déploiement et d’intégration continue, gérer les outils de développement et supporter les environnements de test.
• Support interne et administration système : superviser les opérations de support technique interne et d’administration des systèmes Unix et Windows.
• Sécurité et conformité : appliquer les meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité et assurer la conformité des infrastructures.
• Amélioration continue : veiller à l’évolution des pratiques, outils et méthodologies de l’équipe pour maximiser l’efficacité et la fiabilité de l’infrastructure.

Profil:

• DEC/BAC en TI ou l'équivalent
• 7+ années d’expérience pertinente en TI
• 5+ années d'expérience en administration d’infrastructure Cloud AWS et en DevOps
• 2+ années d'expérience en gestion d’équipe et en coordination de projets techniques.
• Solides compétences en automatisation de déploiements et gestion des pipelines CI/CD.
• Connaissance approfondie des systèmes Unix/Linux et Windows.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
